The simple system pairs an industrial shredder with ambient air injection to remove 60+% moisture without heat or pressure.
The process creates fine dust particles that separate from the solid waste and attract moisture to form clouds, called nucleation.
The moisture is released into the atmosphere without any volatile organic compounds or toxins.
The waste remaining is a shredded and dry solid fuel that doesn’t decompose – emitting any methane, odors, or leachate.
