Mr. Kelly Warbis – Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer leads strategy, commercialization, and execution of the company’s advanced resource recovery platform.

Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience building businesses across technology, construction, engineering services, security, managed services, and infrastructure-related markets. Throughout his career, he has identified market inflection points early, assembled high-performing teams, built scalable operating platforms, and completed successful exits across multiple industries.

His background gives Novastus a leadership foundation grounded in execution. Kelly has raised capital, structured acquisitions, recruited management teams, developed channel strategies, and scaled companies from concept through commercialization. That experience is especially relevant as Novastus moves from technology development into project deployment, licensing, and platform expansion.
